I think the reception staff are very helpful and do their best to ensure we receive the very best service. Recently one the staff went out of their way to help me with my repeat prescription. The GP who called me for a telephone consultation was very kind and supportive. When I had to visit the nurse she was also extremely kind and helpful.

Tried to make a general appointment via the online site. Could not do so as general appointments were not available. Why not ??? Get into the 21st century please!! Tried not to comment on all other aspects as I could not even book an appointment but feedback form would not allow this

I saw Dr Salahuddin this morning and he was absolutely wonderful. After a consultant appointment at the hospital in the afternoon I had a question so I rang the surgery to speak to him. The receptionist was great and helpful plus Dr Salahuddin rang me soon after. He answered my question and again, explained things thoroughly. Was I involved- yes, did he explain all options - yes, was he supportive- yes, could he have done any more at this point - no. How could the care be improved- by employing him as I think he would be an asset to the practice.

Today (4th February 2018) I tried to book an online appointment. It stated "There are currently NO general appointments available"...This has been the case for months. So I decided I would try and get an appointment with a nurse instead, they gave me Tuesday 13th March .....THIRTY SEVEN DAYS AWAY. This is totally pathetic, absolutely appalling.
